Amanda Milton is the only fulltime, locally based (living in the region), real estate agent of any company servicing the areas of: Hyden, Kondinin, Kulin, Pingaring, Holt Rock, Lake King, Varley. Newdegate, Lake Grace, Pingrup, Nyabing, Kukerin, Dumbleyung, Ongerup, Corrigin and Narembeen. Amanda has over five years of experience in real estate, selling over 200 properties acrooss rural, residential and commercial property. Amanda works with both buyers and sellers and looking after her clients needs is Amanda’s priority.
Amanda is passionate about rural communites and community service. She is a member of the national honours list as a member of the Order of St John, and achieved her National Service Medal and first bar, having served as a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician for 17 years and chairperson for 16 years. Her service includes project manging the building of the ‘state of the art’ St John Ambulance building in Lake Grace. Amanda is a current serving Justice of the Peace, a roll she has held for over 25 years.
An accomplished cricketer, Amanda represented QLD on several occassions and was part of the U21 Australian Womens Cricket Squad before moving to rual NSW for work. As an 18 year old Amanda was the conveener of the Australian Under 18 Cricket Tournament in Queensland leading to a formal recoginition from the Australian Womens Cricket Association (now part of the Australian Cricket Council) for the event. Amanda has played for University of Queensland, Weemelah Mens Cricket Club in the Barwon Association NSW, Cripple Creek Cricket Club in the Moree Turf Association NSW, North Lake Grace Cricket Club in the Lake Grace/Kukerin Cricket Association WA, and the Melville Womens Cricket Club in the Perth Womens Competition.
